From Dec 22, 2023 until January 10, 2024, we will be in “holiday mode“. What this means is that any orders that require shipment will be delayed until after holiday mode. Any ebooks purchased will continue to be delivered immediately. The purchase of print-on-demand books will continue on schedule. This affects primarily any books that need processing or handling by our staff. Our support and services will be slower than usual, but you should still expect a response to any emails within 2-3 days. Happy holidays!
Most orders are processed on the same day, and will be handed over for shipment within 1-2 days after purchase. Please note that any orders identified as “print-on-demand” must be first printed, a process that can take between 2-10 days depending on demand, and will be shipped after. E-books are available immediately for download after purchase.
Standard orders are shipped from the Netherlands, while print-on-demand orders are shipped from the printing facility nearest to you. For this reason, shipment times may vary.
Returns and Refunds
As an independent book publisher, we unfortunately do not accept returns. If your purchase has been lost or damaged in shipment, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
