Holiday Mode
From Monday June 3 through Friday June 21, 2024, we will be in “holiday mode”. This means that any standard orders that require shipment will be delayed until after holiday mode. E-book and print-on-demand orders are not affected, as this affects primarily any books that need processing or handling by our Netherlands office. Our support and services will be slower than usual, but you should still expect a response to any emails within 2-3 days.
Shipping
Standard orders: Most orders are processed on the same day, and will be handed over for shipment within 1-2 days of purchase. Standard orders are shipped from the Netherlands by PostNL or DHL.
Print-on-demand orders: Please note that any orders identified as “print-on-demand” must be first printed, a process that can take between 2-10 days depending on demand, and will be shipped after. Print-on-demand orders are shipped from the printing facility nearest to you using the shipment services available to that region. For this reason, shipment times may vary.
E-book orders: E-books are available immediately for download after purchase.
Returns and Refunds
As an independent book publisher, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of books under normal circumstances. If your purchase has been lost or damaged in shipment, of course we will do our best to make it right!
